I am giving up all starch. No carbs either which will be very hard. So lets get started.

Good luck on exactly the same diet. It does work but the early few days are hard.

yes, that´s hard, but not impossible, I should eat carbs only for lunch, but sometimes I fall for a cracker or a slide of bread, Goo luck :)

wow, no carbs at all? i don't think i could give up my low-carb veggies. i hope you log your food because i'm interested to see what you're eating and how that works out. good luck with your new woe!

<----Probably the most hated guy on FS right now. Bahhhh, you got this. Just eat a lot of cheese. you wont even miss the carbs.
