Good morning everyone,
Did much better with my veggies and calories yesterday.
I finally have started eating mims.Dang,they are good and the best part,they seem to be helping with the "going"issues.I was always afraid to try them because some said they stall.I'm already stalled,so what can it hurt?I suppose they could become addicting.Picking up some banana extract to make a banana nut one for breakfast tomorrow.Maybe work on a zucchini one,kinda like zucchini bread.
Workers are here to cut down some of my trees that I've lost to ash borers.Lost 5 to those suckers.Having my maples topped out while they are here with a chipper.We keep the wood for our stove.
Hubby is having withdrawal and wants to get his chain saws out and help.Not happening!!!He is healing well and I don't want him to hurt himself.We're going out of town for the holiday and we really NEED to get away.
Gotta run to the bank for cash to pay the workers.(We cut a better deal that way.)

Nonna - The banana nut MIM's are my favorite! If you perfect a zucchini recipe I'd appreciate it. I have grated zucchini in the freezer just waiting.

Congrats on the MIM's, I love the recipe that uses maple syrup, (got from here I think), I haven't tried the banana one yet, but the zucchini one sounds fab, please share when you have it perfected! So sorry to hear you are losing so many trees! All is well otherwise? Have a great day!
