A new week. Good. I need to get back on schedule. I understand that we gain weight during the winter, but it's damn depressing. So far I'm doing fifteen minutes on my workout DVD and 1 set of 10 reps of sit-ups, leg lifts and bicycle thingies for my core. I've got two weeks before I increase that and I'd like to be able to do that without pushing myself too hard.
