Back in July I was feelig really down about regaining the weight i had lost. A friend recomended i try the Dukan Diet. I was hesistant,,so I watched her amazing progress before I joined her. In two months i lost twenty pounds. Then I hve had several life changes in a short time. My son moved out and I quit my job to move 3000 miles away to the east cost. I am still settling in but I gained back 3 pounds in the last 5 weeks So today I am going back into the attack phase. I am gonne try to do 7 to 10 days of attack before I go back into cruise.
