Slight increase this week due to multiple factors. Pre-menstrual water retention plus a three day out of town conference with food and alcohol in abundance. I wasn't horribly bad considering what was available to me and how I might have reacted in the past- but I could done better than I did. This is just a little bump in the road toward my goal. I'll do my best to make up for it this week. I'm on my own turf now and in control! I've got this!!
