maintaining at 190 still.. Im ok with that. Of course I would love to see the scale go down but I know Im not doing enough work to make that happen so Im happy with maintaining for now. However, in effort to make more changes, I did do a mess load of meal prep yesterday after shopping for the week. I also managed to meet one of my goals last week which was to up my daily steps from 10k to 12 k .. I got 12 or higher 5 days last week. I forgot to log my work outs on bb.com so Ill get a snippy email saying I dropped the ball but I did sincerely get 5 work outs in last week. It was a crazy week bc I had some car issues that cost us $500 and then when I pulled out of the mechanic the car realized it needed more work bc my check engine light turned on.. turns out Ill be needed a new water pump and thermostat eventually. Its a good car its just older (2001) so needs maintenance. Anyway that added some stress to the week. I burned that off by going to the movies with my bestie so snacks there.. BUT hey, its all on me. Im ready to try again this week. I know weak times of the day so I bought A LOT of coffee and hope that maybe with a pm cup of coffee, that will curve my need for something sweet. If not I got fruit. Cantaloupe, strawberries. black berries and blue berries. I also got jello and whip cream.Goals for the week:
1. Get thru one day with not carbage.
2. Keep walking 12 k a day . Aim for 5-6 days this week.
3. A gallon of water a day.
4. Log everything. Take my notebook to work and write it down as I eat it.
5. Take supplements every day. Ive been skipping them unintentionally.
6. Journal.. daily. To keep myself honest
7. Think before I cheat.
That's enough goals for one week. Hope every one has a great week! Summer is almost over then it will be pumpkin everything ! Cheers and Happy Monday!

Coffee in the pm? How late? Hope that doesn't interfere with your sleep. Try getting your sweet tooth fix in in the afternoon and see if that helps=try eating your fruit in the afternoon. Are you sleeping good? Sometimes sweet cravings can be related to lack of quality sleep or lack of sleep. Ghrelin and Leptin levels affect how we gain and lose and our appetite. They are influenced by a lack of sleep.
