Low in finances, I want to learn to eat normally and balanced.
Less food means less money spent too! I need to learn to be ok with the slight hungry feeling that tries to keep me from losing weight.
I will feed that feeling with water and decaf tea.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
