It was a warm week here in Oregon. We've had such a mild summer I did not enjoy the heat. I was able to get one 5k in but little else. I worked 2 days at school and 1 day at the fuchsia show. The heat wore me out. This is why I love Fall. Give me crisp mornings and warm afternoons! I have beach boot camp planned for this coming week. I can't wait!
