I've been doing really well on my exercise, getting up earlier when I need to in order to get it in, and accepting a shorter exercise period when it really is otherwise impossible. I tried to log my food, but that didn't last long. It's so tedious, time consuming, and I keep hoping that I don't need to. On the other hand, if I log, I'll actually know how many fudge bars that I'm eating. At only 40 calories apiece, I think I can afford them, but they go down so quickly and I want more. We'll see.
Eating out is also a huge diet killer. We have a dinner party tonight. After that, I'll have to limit the times out and stay away from the true calorie palaces. When I must eat out, it will be at healthy places with calories posted, or I'll share an entree or eat an appetizer.
