That's perfect! Sounds like you're aware that there are rules to OWL just like there are rules to Induction. That's where a lot of people fail in OWL, but as long as you go along, according to the Carb Ladder and rules of OWL, you should be just fine. Congratulations on the 25+ pounds you've already lost!
