Taking a break from the low carb diet and starting the Military 3 day diet.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I'm doing that on mon/tue/wed. Also started a group 3 day diet hope you join us. Right now there is not many.
