Okay so I did not get an hour in at the gym yesterday as I had to work late, but I did get my normal 33 minutes and met my goal of at least 350 calories.

Today is another busy day at work and not sure what time I will get done. Also taking my husband's car to have snow tires put on it. That will have to be picked up at some point today...probably after 5. My DH wants to go shopping tonight so that means that I will need to hurry at the gym so I can get home and get ready and then go pick up the other car at the shop (with the snow tires) then we will go to the mall. He will want to eat there which means I will be having a hamburger patty with cheese and a diet soda.

So hopefully I will be done with work on time so I can get everything done. It is getting COLD here now and my toes already feel like they are frozen even with the thick socks and shoes on. I do not think they will get warm for several months.

I hope everyone takes the time to thank a Veteran today.
