Its a little depressing that my weight is not decreasing despite eating reasonably well and exercising hard 5 days a week. However i will re-double my efforts next week!
171.1 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
