can someone explain the excercise block next to food diary, mine says 2913 kcal Net -1742

We burn cals, even if we're just sitting on the couch(kcals). This program takes that number, based on your sex, age, weight, and level of activity and subtracts your daily intake of food calories and that's your net. Not sure how accurate the kcals are. Burn 2600, eat 1800, you get a negative 800 net. Good. Eat 3000, you get a positive 400. Not good. Good luck L6.
