Weight is back to 97 kilkos.

I'm still plateaued at this weight, doesn't want to budge at all. I can go up but not down. To be honest I don't mind, just as long I dont go back to 100 and stay there again.

I'm slowly getting my head back in the game. Doing things one day at a time with a small to do list.

Trying to stay away from the soft drink. But i'm back to 1 can a day (i was drinking more than that a day).

My other half said that he can see weight loss around my stomach and butt. So I'm doing something right. And I can kinda feel it in some of my clothes that I wear.

They just look better on. Especially my maxi skirt. I love that thing. Makees me feel really good.


213.8 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 103.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week

Nice, it's great when you can notice the changes! I'm having a plateau too... maybe it's just a matter of being patient and letting your body let go of the weight when it's ready... I reckon winter has something to do with it too!

it's not all about the number! Your body will change even if the scale doesn't reflect it. Keep it up and you will get to your goal :)
