well... today was a good day. finally figured out what kind of program im going to do. for ten days im going to do a cleansing. my friend has done it numerous times and i trust her. so i asked her about it and ironically she was starting tomorrow was well. so we are buddying up for or cleansing and will walk everyday together. which is a nice encouraging thing to do because now that it is winter in alaska it is nice to bundle up and get things moving and not stay cooped up in the house all winter. so here we go. im happy and excited and super motivated because i have a partner to lean on in this!!!
