This week has been a week of PMS cravings, overtime, lack of sleep, and days of not eating followed by days of overeating. This week I worked a lot of overtime and I was extremely busy at work and I would skip lunch or just drink a protein shake and get back on the grind. Then we went to a birthday party this weekend and it was like I eat all the food I missed that week in 2 days. I don't remember what I ate or if it even tasted good. Today is the day I start over. Today is the day I take back control of what goes in my mouth.
