This week has been a week of PMS cravings, overtime, lack of sleep, and days of not eating followed by days of overeating. This week I worked a lot of overtime and I was extremely busy at work and I would skip lunch or just drink a protein shake and get back on the grind. Then we went to a birthday party this weekend and it was like I eat all the food I missed that week in 2 days. I don't remember what I ate or if it even tasted good. Today is the day I start over. Today is the day I take back control of what goes in my mouth.
185.8 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 50.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Every new day is an opportunity to start afresh. Try to take advantage of the long weekend (if you get it off.) Rest up and you'll feel better again.
