Gee, whiz, Mixed Nuts, what are trying to do to me? I don't even like them! 15 grams of fat in a handful! Meal plan is totally off the rails. I did well on vacation sort of, so I am going to try going back to some of that simple cooking and no premade stuff. The convenience yogurt packs are full of sugar and fat so back to the basics (plain yogurt, real fruit, and maybe a teaspoon of real maple syrup).

Cleaned out a lot of stuff from the fridge for the potluck yesterday but I am loathe to toss perfectly good fattening stuff. If I can't pass it on at work tomorrow, into the trash it goes! Too bad my pet parrots don't like kielbasa.

It was hotter than heck last week, this week I had to wear my sweatpants to go for a walk. That's New England for ya!
