Walked 3.1 miles this morning....a bit warmer than it has been, so doggies only went 2.3 miles.

Because of a forecast of rain/storms this afternoon and because I'll be at the thrift store for part of the afternoon, I grilled out all our marinating meat this morning! Then, I had a treat of grilled sausages and beef as my breakfast meats. Yummy!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 81.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes Buffy, this pound is a true tease! But, it's fading away, I just know it is. I am undaunted!!!!!

Hi Sandy, its nice to have something besides the same ole stuff for breakfast..I wish I liked sausage like my DH does, but thats not going to happen..Enjoy survivor girl...have a good evening...☺
