This is great news even though its up - because I drank so much water yesterday I thought I was living under the sea. It means I have a true loss since I started. Its day 4 and the hour of cardio is taxing. Stuck almost to the letter on my diet. Starting to get the hang of how much food I'm allowed and really starting to appreciate the vegetable since I'm allowed endless amounts of them. Also using mustard - as a dip - which I love - most certainly not for the rest of the girls at work ha. In pretty good spirits for working the long weekend while all my friends are boating and having a good time. Noticing some serious extreme emotions - think that's due to the no alcohol as a rule... maybe some gym. The first week is my first goal - I have always felt results after that. Can't wait.
122.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you're in the habit of socializing and relaxing with alcohol, that can be a big adjustment, but your body will thank you.
