There's goes yesterdays big drop. On the other hand, the carb load is in progress. Breakfast... 3 eggs, english muffin, 4 5" pancakes with huckleberries cooked in, raspberries, whipped cream, and 1/2 cup of maple syrup.

Think about this you guys. This is the payoff for the hard work and getting your weight in line - a day and a half of all the stuff you had to give up. I hope you all can experience this soon.

187.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't know, Bill. I've seen you do some 7 pound swings while watching what you're eating. Carb load day... you might put on 30 pounds. Your day to day weight swings astonish me. :)

Not digging. Just saying that I've never seen anyone quite like you. I know sometimes it's going off diet, but often it's just a swing. Not doubting your ability or your tactics.
