Greetings my Best Buddies! I finally had a more productive week - Idiot Boxes averaged back down to my posted weight - 160.8 lbs. - and I stayed on track with my nutrition plan. I still find my energy is lower than it was and then realized I had run out of my vitamin D supplement for about two weeks! I got more and will resume the vitamin D and see if I feel different!
