not a big loss but I had had ptsd meds so its atleast even , I am going to try to stay current weight till Aug 27 due to losing muscle mass rapidly I need horemene theripy and dr off till aug 27 my ratio is horrible its 98% muscle loss with 2% fat , It 1 thing Testosterone theripy , in fake hip femour rods 3 months I lost 11.4 pounds muscle and 1.4 pounds fat this is killing me I cant sleep sit stand Its horrible pain meds dont even help , I am ready to gain on porpose 20 pounds to see if pain goes away , It took me 8 yrs to lean down 90% on narcodics I do not want that life why be alive? I will paray till 27th for him to help me last 2 yrs he wouldnt not budge but when I weighed 60 ot 75 pounds more I had less pain my muscle in body is going to 0 like my testerone I not checking out in a wheel chair I want the theripy to be like others and you. pray for me till aug 27 so he agrees please
