It's so hard. Turning 51 in a few weeks and it seems to get harder and harder. One weekend of cheating seems to take months to recover from. Still, grateful I have the resources to get up every day and try again. This morning I got to the gym and swam laps for an hour as the sun came up, and for that, I am grateful.
136.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
