This week is going well, even though every thing is off kilter a little. Since I am in charge of VBS I am not getting any formal exercise in this week, so I am squeezing some strength training and cardio in when and where I can. I am not logging it though because it is only a few minutes at a time. Sometimes life is like that and you have to roll with it. Funny how I am missing my walking and biking though. It's supposed to be 108 here today, ugh! Stay cool friends!
