I am so happy that I am starting to feel better. I do monthly measurements on the last day of every month to see how I have done over time. I started these measurements in October of last year. I have not had soda in it will be 16 months on Friday.

Well done. I used to start to sweat if I didn't have 3 cases of coca cola in the house. We won't talk about smuggling chocolate bars and bags of chips into the house in the sleeves of my jacket. Keep kicking, Bronco!

Check out dietdoctor.com. There are some really inspiring stories there about how people took control of their lives and conquered obesity (like so many of us here). I had 125 lbs to lose and I'm half way there.
