It's a miracle I only gained a pound this past week. But surely it's a whole pound of bouncy fat. I fell off the wagon, hard.
I'm going to try again today. 400 calories 4x day, etc.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

400 calories per day? Is that what you're saying? If I tried something like that, i'd fall off the wagon too. Slow and steady wins the race, K.

I also read that to mean 400 cals a day for 4 days (then I assumed a binge) I like the 1600 cal diet seems very doable. Not sure why you can't stick to that. What foods were you craving?
