made it thru yesterday with no cheats or carbage and ended the day at 20.5 net carbs. I had a huge breakfast and ate all of it, had plenty of fluids and I fell back on a diet soda, a atkins bar and some pork skins but who cares. I made it and that's what counts. The first day is the hardest but the 2nd and 3rd are even harder.. I just need to get to the weekend. Im off tomorrow so today Ill be put to the test so in an effort to kick today's butt Im having another big breakfast and adding a 1/2 of avocado to it and then Im made my lunch and made a huge salad with a piece of chicken breast and the other half of the avocado. Our office puts out a veggie and fruit tray everyday and we have a fridge stocked with string cheese and zero carb drinks and other stuff so I will help myself to some string cheese, cherry tomato and cucumbers or celery and avoid the hummus and fruit. Its all about making the right choices now. I am a low carb bad ass, I am a healthy mom and wife. I can do it. I have done. I own this day !!
