her gün ne yediğimi giremiyorum ama 80 gündür diyet günlüğü tutuyorum bunun motive edici olduğunu düşünüyorum . Pilates gibisi yok bir saatlik pilatesim az önce sona erdi kilo verme sürecinde hareket olmadan olmuyor :)
