I walked so much between work and VBS that I hit 10,000 steps pretty early in the evening and with no exercise, yesterday. Today we are having a celebration at work for our boss who is retiring. I picked the theme for lunch so I choose sandwich/salad bar. If people bring what they put down it should be pretty yummy, but healthy. Except for the dessert bar we are having later for the celebration. Here's to another great day!
