Yesterday I was so frazzeled that I forgot to keep my food diary. I didn't eat much so it isn't too interesting. I did the KenpoX again and I think that I am a woman with NO rythem. I can't uppercut, side block, down block, jab in any order. I do it right once and then f it up bad. I may have to do the alternative for those days.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
