Doing good today. Worked out for 50 mins at the gym. 1.5 miles on the treadmill. 1.7 miles on the elliptical. Burned a little over 300 calories that are accounted for. Did 12 reps on arm machines. Did 25 push ups and 100 crunches. Ate bran flakes for breakfast and a salad for lunch. If only I can keep this up!
