I started lifting weights so I will not be weighing in until the end of the month so not to get discouraged. I know I will be adding muscle which weighs more than fat. Today is officially day 1 of my first 12 week transformation. My goal is to lose 30-40 pounds by January 30th!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
