Warren, you live too exciting a life to really be able to concentrate on eating right! LOL I am soooo jealous!! 

Is that a restaurant or actual Acapulco!? lol happy Monday. I'm on 17 hour fast just waiting for whenever to eat. Trying to get my water intake up and maybe do my DVD today. ;-) 

Thanks, Pandasmom! Hey my dear, all I am is an OLD, no that's very OLD man, that wishes he was younger, but still retired. I worked my ass off to get here, but now my body is screaming at me. YOU CAN TRY, BUT YOU CAN"T HAVE IT ALL! LOL 

Misty, READ ABOVE! LOL Why can't we just indulge in what we want to eat? Good job with BODY BEAST! MY CD is safe and sound in the drawer right next to me. lol MISTY, talk to me girl! How did I get SOOOOOOOOO old? Can you explain it to me? 

Must have been something in the moon! I did the same yesterday. I skipped breakfast and having small lunch. Didn't have your will power to make it to dinner. LOL

Ginsin, just watch what foods you eat, and you will be fine. Skip meals here and there.

Misty, your reaffirmation ain't helping me none! You are suppose to tell me I'm young at heart, and it is all going to be alright! lol At least, I ain't dropping shots after shots like my buds, who are on a rush delivery to the grave! lol  

Wow, watching CNN is like watching a horror show. Which is worse, what is going on in this country, or what is happening in the world. Media is like a three ring circus! 

Wow, I just found out Honda no longer makes my Crosstour. Mine may have been the last ones. Wow, my car is obsolete! I have a Studebaker now. More wonderful choices, Warren! I am on a ROLL, today! 

Enjoy the Mexican food, brother, I had a chicken burrito from an "authentic" place in the mall. All I know is they used Cacique cheese, and that stuff is the bomb.  

So, Bernie has no control over his people. What a shock, that extremists will once again make our enemies dreams come true. No computer system is safe in the world, exactly why security companies are at hackers mercy. Russia continues to hack ALL of our computer systems. They can't stop it! 

I have a Pontiac Vibe, Warren...another Studebaker. 

Phil, my brother, you and I, (I need your taste buds), need to go into the food business. Did you get McDonalds on Sriracha Sause? You have a future in this, my friend. Maybe, we just open a burger joint. Thanks, Mskestrela, I bet that is a cool, low rider! 

Nothing can beat a truly old fashioned double-meat cheeseburger. I had one of those for lunch, I think I'm backsliding. LOL!!! Won't know till I step on the scale, I was down six pounds as of last Thursday, not recording it because I've reached a point where I don't care. I'm really considering 5:2, probably already there. Warren & Phil's Comedy and Comida, I love it.  

You know I'm a Phil food and comedy worshiper!!!! Is this stuff your next culinary, fairy dust?
