I knew I was gonna log a gain this week. I cant keep up with the diet at work at it was my son's birthday party so there was pasta and cake and beer. Meh, oh well. Today is a new day and the start of a new week. Gonna give it hell. I wont go down with out a fight. Im back on track at the gym, so I need to focus on the diet. I kinda feel like Im tired of low carb for the most part but I know Im really carb intolerant so I need to spice it up. Im going to try and add in more fruit and yogurt maybe if my tummy can handle it. Has anyone tried the Atkins 40 ? Maybe it might be a good option for me.I really really really really want to lose at least 10-20 more lbs.. My company is supposed to be this "fit" company and they promote health and wellness but a lot of people at the office are heavy and have gained a lot of weight and kinda gave up. I def dont want that..
Goals for the week:
1. Hydrate.. 100 oz of H2O a day
2. Log everything and journal at least once a day.
3. get down to 30-40 net carbs
4. meal prep and stick to my meals. I did eat all the ones I prepped last week
5. 10k in steps a day.

Hope every one has a great day and a great week. Let make this a productive week and really make some progress. The holidays are around the corner and before you know it we will be crying about all the cookies and holiday parties LOL
190.0 lb Lost so far: 116.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You'll probably lose those 2 lbs lickety-split when you go to 30-40 NCs. Looking forward to a great week - let's make it so!

You can do this, Redgirl! But did you have to remind us about the holidays coming???!!! When it's 100 degrees outside, I can easily forget about them!!! LOL

Rock On Red! It is hard to stay motivated sometimes. I like your goals! What would work for you... a new dress for work? I seem to need goals or I give in to myself. I have a pair of black jeans that "fit" but I cannot breathe! So, they are my next clothing goal.
