i want to thank jimmiepop gooood mornin fs...i was half way thru my morning ride..tryin to beat any rain drops..an outta no where i could hear jimmie sayin..grindtime dude...you can do it..move it...an i appreciate the fact you was tryin to motivate me..but i was going down hill..an naturally it was one of them roads with all the little bumps in it..i was going..bumpty bump bump bump..but got my ride in before the rain gets here..so thank you jimmie for all the mental motivation this morning...

funny how when you see or hear things that you know are no where near you..but its like you can reach out an touch them...yes i really did feel like i heard jimmie pushing me this morning..call it what you like..we all are capable of these feelings..but not everyone admits to it...

ty jimmie..you know before i started doing a 22-23 hour fast..i was under the impression i had to carb up an protein up just to do a 20 mile ride...even last year before i returned to fs..i was carbing up an drinkin protein shakes before an after alot of days cause i thought i needed to do that...an now that ive been doing a 22-23 hour fast an then eating in that 1-2 hour window..i really have more energy when i do my riding..an usually when i do my ride..im on hour 18-19 of my fast...the energy level once i get to riding is unbelievable..i take a gu energy packet with me..but never use it..

@WBH Sounds like you're fat adapted. Totally works for endurance athletes. Fasted cardio is money (IMHO) for fat loss.
