Okay so starting tomorrow I will work on staying below 20gms of carbs, to include fruit. I still hate that fruit is a hindrance to my weight loss but here goes. Tomorrow will be eating even less carbs, I never new how many fruit had. No more cookies, popcorn and those things either.
