Alright so I didn't track yesterday but just as a general summary I had 3 glasses of white wine/prosecco with frozen blueberries (yesterday was SUPER stressful, I love summer but summer means bugs....). Then I had half of a garden veggie omelette (eggs, spinach, red bell pepper, onion, tomato, and avocado) with jack cheese, coffee with half a vanilla creamer, and pancakes with blueberry syrup that I basically took 2 bites out of. I then had a grapefruit soda and for dinner I had frozen french fries which I baked in the oven and grilled chicken breast strips with BBQ sauce. Oh and a capri sun lol
