I finally lost a bit of weight! It's not as much as I'd like, but it's a start. Hope to see more results soon.
278.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

Good job Greg! You absolutely have to record your food intake if you want to know if you're eating too much or not.
