ahhh.. grr me.. my weight go up slighly due birthday party with of my family, they dont have healthy food, alway junk food plus cake.. and i accdienly forget bring my own food for my diet, my fault that cause grain weight, oh well!!! but they do have swimming pool so i did workout in pool for like allday have fun with kids, and drink alot of water,

next time i should remind myself before go to party next time lol =)
