This is frustrating. I've been doing the same thing I've been doing to lose weight yet my weight seems to be stuck between 189-190 this past week. I haven't been overeating and I'm counting my calories like always.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 July 2016:
1138 kcal Fat: 31.13g | Prot: 58.76g | Carb: 140.34g.   Lunch: Egg, Smart Balance Dairy Free Butter Original, Simple Truth Organic Maple Syrup, Wheat Germ, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal. Dinner: Hanover Red Kidney Beans, Shrimp + Eggs, Brown Rice. Snacks/Other: M&M's Crispy M&M's, Daily Vitamins. more...

Maybe your body is taking a breather and catching up. Do your clothes fit any better? I trust a pair of my dream jeans over the scale as there are sooo many variables. Just keep up the great work and it will work out!

Thank you for the kind words. And yeah, since I have been wearing lose fitting clothes at home, I haven't really paid attention to how things are fitting me but you're right. Thank you again!
