Up 2lbs. Not worried, inches down on waist, stomach, and hips. YEAH! I had the sweetest, coldest, large serving of watermelon too late last night. Stress eating. My elderly friend's husband passed away early evening...something one can never really prepare for. They had a beautiful 42 years together. I learn lessons from the people around me daily...taking it ALL in. Be Well Everyone!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry for your lost. Good time to learn how to manage mindless eating binges. I'm glad it was watermelon and not a Pizza pie. Glad you posted as this is good reminder for me as I struggle with food, but I'm getting better at not acting out on the feelings. Post, post, post! Support is right here. Have a healthy day!

So sorry for your friend's husband's passing. Don't worry about the 2lbs. Really it could just be water, undigested food, a number of things. Especially if you're seeing results physically (as in inches lost), then that's perfect. You're doing great!
