This is worst weigh in ever and I can't blame anyone but me. You can't expect to lose anything if you eat out 3 times in one week. I am surprised at how my body is reacting to the high calorie intake. I was expecting to see a huge gain, but I guess sticking to my exercise regimen did help somehow.

Well no more excuses! Next week I am getting back on the healthy train and not getting off!

175.5 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thank you guys. BBO I wish I had someone sit on my shoulder and smack me every time I want to make an unhealthy eating choice, but I don't. I have my husband who eats whatever he wants and wraps me around his little finger LOL. But I will get motivated again.

Eliza what method of weight loss are u following? Maybe try following what those of us who follow a fasting method are doing and see if that allows you to maintain weight loss whilst still indulging when you need to.
