This weekend I have made the decision to start introducing vegan foods into my diet. I was getting very tired of eating the same things all the time. So I made pancakes on Friday night that were so easy and so good. On saturday I bravely attempted tofu which to my surprise was yummy, and I made muffins for the week. So surprised that the weather has not done something funky, it usually does when I do things that I would normally not do! Any ways with this cooking/baking thing it has led me to consider going to the library and looking up more vegan/vegetarian/dairy free meals.
The other huge revelation is that I for the next little while am not going to concentrate on my weight at all. Instead of this weekly weigh in I am going to change it up and do it every two weeks instead and measurements once a month.
I have some real plans on how to change my life and how I see things, no longer will I allow anyone to discourage me, and I have to keep myself accountable for the things that I do. Plus I need to concentrate more on the positive things in my life and not depend on others to help me do things that I know I can do on my own!
The wheels of change are in motion now, just have to keep them moving forward.
