Maybe you could try a different plan if you are hungry all the time...more protein? less carbs? Good Luck!

Every time you want to eat something outside of mealtime, picture you at your goal weight. Write your goal weight on the hand you eat with, and write your current weight on your other hand...it might motivate you?

You CAN do this, that's why you're here, you have to find motivation that works.

Weight loss is a mental game. You have to be in the right mind set to lose. I have finally gotten to the point where I really want to lose. I've been staying on plan and exercising. It's taken me a while to get there. Do things to find your motivation. I bought a WW scale and water bottle. I go on Connect (from the WW mobile app) and it's very inspiring. I bought some work out clothes. I'm not always perfect but I'm making progress. I am focusing on lot's of protein and healthy fat to stay satiated. I have found the healthy fats really help me lose. I love avocado toast for breakfast Sometimes i will put an egg on top of the avocado. Plan out your meals. Go on instagram and when you type in Weight Watchers, lot's of people on plan will pop up with food ideas and inspiration. You just have to find what motivates you.
