Have really struggled in the last 10 days with my weight going up and down but not going under the 70.2 kilo mark. Finally had a breakthough today when I weighed in at 69.8 kilos. Hope I can keep it moving downwards this week.
153.9 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Remember that Atkins is 20 NET carbs, not below 20 net carbs. I took a look at your numbers, and it looks like you don't get close to 20 most days, and you are getting virtually no fiber. The fiber is really really important to help you loose. You should be aiming for 25 grams of fiber a day. I think that you will find if you up your fiber and NET carbs (and most likely water), you will gee better results.
