Today I start the Novak Challenge...a year ago we lost one of our partners in our law firm...he died of a heart attack at the age of 51....The company had started a weight loss about a month before he passed...now as a group we are doing the Novak Challenge. We are to lose 10% of our current weight or as much or little...I plan on doing 10% which would bring me down to 132 lbs.....here I go...wish me luck.
147.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
