About exercise, I go to gym class 3-4 times a week, spend at least 1 hour for cardio. About the meal, I cut down card in the evening, only consume boiled veggie and protein shake.
132.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
