Food okay. Lots of exercise. Can only put weight gain at possible sunburn, lack of water yesterday (dehydration) or use of probiotocs that I started. I'll give this until Wednesday to see if it balances out.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
