I know! I didn't record an entry for yesterday.. So here we go..

Day 4- I went to the Y and ran 3 miles. I know, not a lot of working out yesterday, but I was still feeling pretty under the weather. I did do a lot of standing, however, and my abs were sore all day at work. Apparently, that ab workout I have is AMAZING!

Day 5- Okay, now I am up to speed. Today was AWESOME! I went to the Y and did my ab workout even though I was still sore. Totally worth it. It felt loosened up as I did it. Then I went upstairs to cool off and to see if anybody I knew was on the track, and BAM, there was Mo (my spin instructor). She told me that I should come join the Pilates class for a short time until spin started... so there I went. YES! It wasn't really fun, and it was HARD! Especially to be working my core area twice in one day.. BAM! It was good to see Vicky, though! She didn't teach spin on Wednesday because of her teaching Pilates now. So then I went to spin class and Mo really worked us good today! I always sweat, but I was super sweaty today! I am so ready for my belt to come in so I know how many calories I actually burn during my workouts and not just an estimation. I ordered it Sunday and my PB2 on Monday.. and my PB2 is here... where is my belt?! Oh well. :)
